Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions/Mail Club
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
For our With Love Mail Club, you will receive an envelope shipped with untracked stamps every month. Your purchase renews every month on the same date that you first subscribed on.
Letters are sent out in 2 batches so that everyone can receive their mail more quickly and around the same time. And for you to start your month with something creative and exciting alongside other mail club members!
Subscribe during the 1st-20th: shipped on the 20th
Subscribe during the 21st-31st: shipped on the last day of the month.
For example:
If you join on the 15th of September, you will be charged on the 15th of every month unless you cancel.You will receive the October Issue as your first. Your envelope will be shipped out on the 20th every month.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
You will be charged for the 1st time when you first subscribe, and on the same day in subsequent months.
Subscribe any time during a month to receive next month’s issue.
You can join, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. Manage your subscription and make changes to your address or payments by accessing your order page. If you do not wish to receive next month's mail, please make sure to cancel before your billing date.
For example, if you subscribe on the 18th of the month, you will be charged immediately and charged on the 18th every month after that until you cancel or pause your subscription.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
