APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIME FOR ACCESSORIES (keychains, stickers, bookmarks, etc):

All other destinations: 2-3 weeks

Asia: 1-2 weeks

Canada: 4-5 weeks

If your package has not arrived 3 weeks after shipment, it is VERY LIKELY to be at your local post office waiting for you to pick it up. PLEASE call your local post office with the package number!! You can also email us ( for help, but fastest way to locate your package is to first ask your local post office. 



United States: 1-2 weeks

As all our clothings are made to order, and we are an international small business, we currently have a strict no return or exchanges policy. Please refer to the size chart in the product descriptions closely to ensure you order the correct size. We do not offer returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong item or size. 

RETURNED ITEM: (For accessories)

Packages are usually shipped directly to your address, but the post office may hold it at your local post office if no one was home, and wait for you to go pick it up. They hold the package for 2-4 weeks then return it to the sender.

If your order is returned to us because you did not pick up the package from your local post office, you provided an incorrect address, or the post office was unable to deliver to you, etc, we are not responsible for reshipment fees. If we receive your returned package, we will contact you through email or phone number. If you are notified by your post office that your package is being returned, please email us to let us know earlier. You may repay shipping so that we can resend the package to you, we will put in some stickers to make up for the shipping cost. 

Please understand that we are a small business and we already subsidise shipping fees, we cannot afford to pay double the shipping fees for everyone!

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEM: If your item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please notify us at within 24 hours of receiving the package and provide us with pictures, and we will offer a replacement item accordingly. If a replacement cannot be offered, you will be entitled to a full refund. We need pictures of the damaged/incorrect items in order to notify the manufacturer of the problem, so please send us some if possible!

LOST OR STOLEN ITEM: If a package is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. You may omit personal details if you please but must keep your name visible on the report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis.

For untracked orders, no refunds will be given if a customer claims that the item has not been delivered. Please choose tracked shipping if you want to be sure of where your package is! We have no way to locate the package once it leaves the country for untracked packages.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, we are not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping and billing address.

  • For clothes, packages will NOT be returned to us if the address is wrong, so we cannot resend it sadly, you will need to contact the courier directly to see if you can pick it up.
  • For accessories, packages will be returned to us usually 15-30 days after an unsuccessful delivery. If the address was incorrect, you may still be able to pick it up at your local post office, but you must do so quickly so it does not get returned to me! If it is returned to me, please email us and repay shipping so that I can generate a new shipping label and mail the package to you again.



FOR CLOTHING: If an order has not been delivered in 20 calendar days (for domestic US orders) or in 60 calendar days (for international orders), you must contact us via email within 1 week of the 20/60 days in order to be eligible for a replacement/refund. If you contact us after the aforementioned time period, we cannot guarantee you a replacement/refund.

FOR ACCESSORIES (keychains, stickers, bookmarks, etc):

All packages are REGISTERED AIR MAIL, if your package is not delivered 3 weeks after shipment date, please contact us through email. We will file an inquiry with the post office to track down the package, but the process takes about 2 weeks. Your package is very likely to be at your local post office waiting to be picked up, so the fastest way to find it is to ask your post office directly! If the package is NOT at your post office, and is confirmed to be lost in transit or has not arrived 3 full weeks after shipment, we will issue you a full refund. If your order is untracked, there is no way to locate the package after it has left our country. Hence no refunds will be given if it is lost or delayed at your country's post office. Please choose tracked shipping if you prefer to be sure of your package's whereabouts.



If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 3 hours of your purchase. Please understand that we try out best to process your order as fast as possible which means that after the specified 3 hours, your order is finalised and might already be in production.
