Clothes, tote bags, posters:

• US: 1-2 weeks
• Canada: 10-16 business days
• Everywhere else: 15-30 business days

Accessories (jewelry, keychains, etc):

• US: 1-2 weeks
• Canada: 1-2 weeks
• Europe: 2 weeks
• Asia: 1-2 weeks 
• Australia: 2 weeks
• Everywhere else: 2-4 weeks
• There might be delays due to high order volume during the holiday season. You can choose "Express" shipping methods for fastest delivery.

Processing time is the time it takes for your order to be processed, made, and packed, it does not include the time it takes for your order to be shipped to you. All processing and shipping times are included in the product description.

Processing time may increase if we have a higher than usual amount of orders and is subject to delays. Important updates to processing time will be shown in the announcement bar, at the top of the site.

 

All our packages are tracked and you will receive delivery updates through email.

Once you place an order, you should receive an email confirmation and you can click into your order page from there.

On your order page, you can check latest tracking updates.

If your package's tracking is not updating, please email us for assistance (help@atsevenstudio.com).

Yes! We ship to most countries BUT certain countries have restricted deliveries.

For clothings, totes, posters, we ship our packages mostly through USPS, you can check if packages can be shipped from the US to your country here .

We are also not responsible for any additional taxes or customs your country requires, or any shipping delays due to customs. You can refer to our Refund & Shipping Policy for more information.  

You can check your ring size at home easily! Our rings are standard US sizes.

1. Use a strip of paper or string and wrap it around your finger. It should fit over your knuckle so that your ring could be put on.
2. Mark where the paper or string overlaps
3. Measure the length of the paper or string from the start to the mark using a ruler in millimeters
4. Find the ring size with a circumference closest to your measurement, if you're in between sizes, we recommend sizing up

The chart below shows US sizes and their corresponding UK and Europe sizes, and ring circumferences:

• Size 6 (UK size L, Europe size 52): 51.8 mm
• Size 7 (UK size N, Europe size 54): 54.5 mm
• Size 8 (UK size P, Europe size 57): 57.1 mm
• Size 9 (UK size R, Europe size 59): 59.3mm

We will continue to expand our sizes! If we don't carry your size, please let us know on our Instagram so we can be sure to expand our sizing for the design you want according to interest.

Sizes offered vary from product to product due to stock options, please refer to a particular product itself. Size charts are always included in the product descriptions.

Usually, we offer S through 2XL for most items, and up to 5XL for certain items. If your size is not offered for an item you would like to purchase, please email us at help@atsevenstudio.com and we'll try our best to help!

Currently we do not accept any returns or exchanges in the case of buyer's remorse, wrong size/item ordered. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please do so within 3 hours of your purchase by emailing us at help@atsevenstudio.com 

Please understand that we try out best to process your order as fast as possible which means that after the specified 3 hours, your order is finalised and might already be in production. Each clothing is printed to order, and production is usually finished within hours. In that case, we will be unable to change or cancel your order.
